The purpose behind Moya is to provide a truly unique wellness experience. It offers a sensory encounter, a mindful, soulful approach to exercise.
The exercises selected for the Moya experience have been inspired from a variety of different wellness practices. Each aspect has been curated by our team of Physiotherapists following best practice, evidence-based clinical guidelines. The safest and most efficient combinations of exercises to improve balance and coordination have been chosen. In addition, strength, conditioning, and flexibility are coupled with strong focus on coordinated breathing.
